Have good experience and past performance records; and, • Identify specialized experience and technical competence required to complete the construction work in accordance with this solicitation. • Have established construction office(s) in Mandalay with similar construction records. The Contractor work shall in accordance with U.S. codes and standards. The COR will review and comment on the Contractor’s submissions using the following codes and standards: • American Society for Testing & Materials, • 2003 International Building Code • 2003 International Mechanical Code • 2003 International Plumbing Code • 2002 National Electrical Code (NFPA) • Statement of Work for Construction Services with tender notice no. 19BM8023Q0017 published on 04 Apr 2023.
