A proof of deposit of EMD should be there in the Technical Bids documents. Any bid, without EMD deposit, is liable to be rejected during technical evaluation. The EMD amount will not fetch any interest. 7.3 EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within 10 days of award of the work to the successful bidder.
