PHASE 2: Project implementation
o P2.1: Monitoring and contract management consultancy services;
o P2.2: Initial design, construction phase of the projects up to commissioning.
A steering committee was established to coordinate the projects of the two organizations. It is the task of the experts to support the steering committee and ensure close coordination of all activities.
