This tender is therefore not intended for the selection or implementation of an alternative software solution. The reference to AvePoint explicitly does not imply that the contract is reserved for AvePoint as the manufacturer. The requested AvePoint licenses may be offered by multiple resellers/partners. This allows for genuine competition at the supplier/reseller level. The term of the agreement is 2 years with the possibility of extension for 2 times 1 year (maximum 4 years).
