To this end, drawings are available containing definitive layouts, elevations, spatial and building component specifications, dimensions, and detailing. A specification in accordance with the STABU system has been added as a technical specification. The technical design, consisting of the STABU specification and accompanying drawings, is hereinafter referred to as the 'specification'. This technical description for the execution of the agreement will be shared with the selected candidates during the award phase.
