The starting point for the assignments requested within this DAS is the innovation process as used by, among others, Schuldenlab070 and EC-DISC (Expertise Centre for Digital Innovation and Smart City). Within these processes, concepts, experiments, and pilots are set up and validated according to a fixed and phased approach. The innovation process encompasses various standard services to guide and support innovation (processes), including, for example: -Problem analysis, trend analysis, and strategic exploration; -Facilitating and guiding processes, workshops, and co-creation trajectories; -Guiding the development and elaboration of innovative concepts; -Project management and program guidance; -Monitoring and evaluation, including social cost-benefit analyses (SCBA) and impact and effect measurements. In addition, events are regularly organized and training sessions are provided that are separate from the innovation process. The DAS is subdivided into different phases of the innovation process. For the purpose of the design and implementation of the DAS, these categories are displayed as lots in Mercell/TenderNed. Applicants must indicate in their application for admission for which phase(s) they wish to be considered. It is permitted to register for one, several, or all phases, provided that the requirements applicable to that phase are met.Although the municipality will primarily issue assignments within this DAS in the field of process facilitation for social and physical innovation, assignments may also be requested at the intersection of social and digital innovation.
