Delivery and maintenance of Drivetrain Test Bench and Engine Test Stands

The original contract concerns a complex engineering assignment in which the design, technical integration, and testing of the Boxer are closely linked to the physical and technical conditions of the new TCL to be built; 2. Unforeseen – The 4 support blocks were not included in the original tender documents. The need for this additional delivery only emerged during the execution of the contract. 3. No possibility of replacing the contractor – Engaging another supplier for this additional delivery would lead to significant inconvenience and/or significant technical problems for the contracting authority as well as for the current supplier. As part of the ongoing engineering assignment, the original supplier possesses relevant design knowledge, the test setup, etc. The support blocks must align with this. Engaging another supplier could therefore lead to technical incompatibility and significantly drive up prices. 4.
