The Gemeente Zwolle in Netherlands from Europe region has released this tender for The Municipality of Zwolle will conclude a Framework Agreement with one Contractor per lot for this assignment. The estimated contract value amounts to € 156,392.00 excluding VAT over a maximum term of four years. To accommodate limited volume changes during the term, a maximum contract value of € 195,490 excluding VAT is applied for the regular scope. In addition, the following revision option is provided: Expansion of enforcement bicycles: as a result of personnel changes, changes in mobility policy or organisational shifts, there may be an expansion of up to ten (10) enforcement bicycles. The maximum financial scope of this expansion amounts to € 56,000 excluding VAT, consisting of a maximum of € 50,000 for purchase and € 6,000 for parts and maintenance. Consequently, the maximum financial scope for Lot 1, including this revision option, amounts to € 251,490 excluding VAT. Scope Lot 2 – Company bicycles The estimated contract value amounts to € 292,916 excluding VAT over the maximum term of four years. To accommodate limited volume changes during the term, a maximum contract value of € 366,145 excluding VAT is applied to the regular scope. In addition, the following revision options are provided: Expansion of electric company bicycles: when replacing regular company bicycles, it is possible to opt for an expansion with a maximum of fifteen (15) electric company bicycles during the term. The maximum financial scope of this amounts to € 67,200 excluding VAT, consisting of a maximum of € 36,000 for purchase and € 31,200 for parts and maintenance. Expansion of electric company bicycles in connection with business trips: as a result of changed mobility policy, a need for additional electric bicycles may arise for a group of employees. For this purpose, the fleet can be expanded with a maximum of twenty (20) electric company bicycles. The maximum financial scope of this expansion amounts to € 104,000 excluding VAT.Consequently, the maximum financial scope for Lot 2, including these revision options, amounts to € 537,345.00 excluding VAT. The total maximum financial scope of both lots combined therefore amounts to € 788,835.00 excluding VAT.
