In doing so, the aim is to achieve the highest possible level of circular procurement and corporate social responsibility. The agreement must also offer flexibility to respond to changes in the organization, accommodation, and work concepts during the contract period. The contractor must be capable of delivering both standard and custom solutions that align with the functional, ergonomic, and aesthetic wishes of the users. The assignment covers both incidental deliveries and project-based furnishing processes. The exact scope of procurement may vary during the term.
