A common approach, similar to the one established by the Agency for its network of ESA BICs, will be applied across the -labNET. This includes scouting and selecting studies, providing researchers with knowledge and high-quality facilities, administering the ESA financial incentive scheme, as well as developing networking opportunities and providing the appropriate deliverables to ESA.
