This concerns a highly specialized place of residence with a treatment focus, aimed at behavioral change and development. 24-hour supervision and intensive guidance are provided. A positive and appropriate pedagogical upbringing and treatment environment is offered. Daily upbringing and guidance regarding education and leisure activities are central to this. Due to the small-scale nature of the facility, stability, relational safety, and proximity are provided based on the individual guidance and treatment needs of the young person. The emphasis of the guidance and treatment lies on trauma-sensitive and family-oriented work. The team offers a safe atmosphere focused on the basic needs of the young person from a systems-oriented approach and a pedagogical treatment environment. Treatment and guidance are tailored to the individual, and where necessary, additional specialist expertise is added and fully integrated into the treatment and upbringing environment. There is an integrated daily program comprising education, daytime activities, and leisure activities, as well as active involvement of parents and the network. Each residence location actively invests in collaboration with the education sector. Professionals collaborate in a multidisciplinary manner, make decisions together with the young person and their family, look beyond their own field of expertise, and work closely with municipal local teams. An integrated package is offered, in which the requirements are assessed based on the individual needs of the young person. The provision of highly specialized residential care facilities specifically concerns two target groups: Young people with very complex behavioral and emotion regulation issues requiring intensive proximity and supervision (approx. 28-32 places); and Young people with a mild intellectual disability plus (LVB+) combined with (very) complex issues and severe behavioral and emotion regulation problems requiring intensive proximity and supervision (approx. 12 places). To align with the needs of both target groups, the assignment consists of two separate lots.
