The Politie in Netherlands from Europe region has released this tender for The Assignment entails the supply, maintenance, and provision of full-service provision for hot beverage vending machines for the entire Police force in the Netherlands. The scope of the Assignment concerns: the supply of all hot beverage vending machines, the necessary ingredients, and all activities for making hot beverages and chilled cold water available throughout the entire duration of the Framework Agreement. Specifically, the scope includes the following components: • The supply of hot beverage vending machines with a brewing method based on fresh beans. For “high traffic locations” (such as training locations, meeting rooms, etc.), machines with a fast brewing method (e.g., instant) may be deployed; • The supply of all necessary vending machine ingredients, loose ingredients, and stirrers for the hot beverage vending machines. Please note: Cups are not supplied as standard with the hot beverage vending machines; • The supply and ready-to-use installation of hot beverage vending machines, and where necessary, associated base cabinets and dispensers for loose ingredients; • Optional: The supply of loose ingredients on order; • Full operating service: servicing (cleaning and refilling) the hot beverage vending machines and associated base cabinets in accordance with HACCP guidelines within the agreed service window (at designated locations, also on weekends and/or public holidays); • Troubleshooting within the agreed service window (at designated locations, also on weekends and/or public holidays); • Performing preventive and corrective technical maintenance; • Where applicable, adding/relocating/relocating/permanently removing hot beverage vending machines and base cabinets; • Free disposal of the hot beverage vending machines and base cabinets upon the expiration of the Framework Agreement, provided that a successor supplier has been contracted at the end of the Framework Agreement term. The machines to be deployed must provide the following assortment: • Coffee; • Espresso; • Cappuccino; • Decaf coffee varieties (in the machine or individual sachets); • Hot water (tea sachets in a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 8 flavors); • Cold water; • Chocolate milk; • Soup/broth (in the machine or individual sachets). The general principle is that the hot beverage vending machines and associated facilities are made available free of charge to all employees, (chain) partners, and visitors by means of a 24-hour self-service facility. The Police desire a uniform service and experience regarding the provision of hot beverages; therefore, all vending machines to be deployed by the Contractor must supply the same assortment. Furthermore, it is not permitted to offer or supply a different and/or additional assortment than that described above. Changes to the assortment are only permitted at the request of and after written agreement from the Police.To prevent a random variety of different types of vending machines, the Police require that no more than two (2) different types of vending machines be used. If the Tenderer chooses to use two different types of vending machines, they must be identical in terms of appearance, operation and assortment. An exception applies to “high traffic locations”. It is permitted to install a different vending machine there.
