The NIGERIAN AGIP OIL COMPANY LIMITED in Nigeria from African region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Casing and Tubing Running Services on NAOC Land and Swamp Area wells, for three (3) years firm period plus one (1) year optional extension SCOPE OF WORK a. CONTRACTOR shall provide materials (liner hangers and floating equipment) and services for NAOC drilling campaign which is foreseen within Nigerian Onshore Niger Delta Basin b. CONTRACTOR shall guarantee the availability in the area of operation of a Service Base adequate inventory of equipment (rental) and relevant consumable and spare parts. c. CONTRACTOR provide technical interface to COMPANY. d) CONTRACTOR provide the necessary equipment and goods, including consumable, spares and maintenance. d. Inspection of the equipment prior each job at rig site or any other designated site shall be done by the Company. e. CONTRACTOR shall implement additional work requested by COMPANY. If such additional work is not part of CONTRACTOR’S price lists or catalogues, CONTRACTOR and COMPANY shall mutually agree the scope and terms under which the service is provided. f. Carry out, co-ordinate and move CONTRACTOR equipment and goods to and from the WELL SITE/EMBARKATION POINT. g. Implement a program for maintenance and calibration of the equipment. Such program shall be available for COMPANY’s verification. h. CONTRACTOR shall provide all the quality control and HSE documents related to personnel and to the supplied tools, equipment and materials. i. CONTRACTOR shall prepare and submit the necessary detailed technical reports and other documentation as directed by COMPANY. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS a.
