Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to: The Executive Secretary/Chief Executive Officer Nigerian Shipper’s Council (NSC) 4, Otunba Ayodele Soyade Lane, (Formerly Park Lane) Apapa, Lagos And clearly marked with (the name of the project and the lot number0. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped into “Works and Service” Box respectively on the on the 2nd Floor after its registration on the 2nd floor, not later than 10:00am on Wednesday 26th July 2023. Late submission would be returned un-opened. 6.
