SUBMISSION OF TENDER Completed technical and/or financial bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly showing the description of the project, (procurement) and name of the contractor on top of the envelope addressed to The Chairman Kubau Local Government Council and any bid submitted not in compliance with this notice will be rejected or returned. 5. CLOSING DATE Submission of tender bid shall be closed by 12:00 noon on Thursday 8th June, 2023. 6. OPENING OF BID AND VENUE Completed bid documents submitted by the companies will be publicly opened by 11:00am on Friday 9th June, 2023 at Kubau Local Government Council Chamber.
