Interested Companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Office of the (Head, Procurement, 210, 2nd Floor Administrative Block) on evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee o0f N10,000.00 per lot, paid into the Lagos University Teaching Hospital’s Remita account in any reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria.
5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of the financial bid in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, the two sealed envelopes should be put together in a bigger sealed envelopes addressed to the THE CHIEF MEDICAL DIRECTOR, LAGOS UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL, IDI-ARABA and clearly marked with the (Name of the project and the lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the and dropped in the designated tender Box provided in the office of the Head, Procurement Division not later than 12:00 noon Wednesday 28th June, 2023.
6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS
Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 Wednesday 28th June, 2023 in the old Board Room, LAGOS UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL, IDI-ARABA in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission register in the office of the (Head, Procurement, 210, 2nd Floor Administrative Block),as the Hospital will not held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
