SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS Two bounds copies each of the Technical Bid and Financial Bid are to be separately sealed in different envelopes indicating the project description, lot number and code and both the financial and technical bids are then to be enclosed in one sealed large envelope indicating the project description, lot number of the project bided for and addressed to: The Rector, Federal Polytechnic Anambra State. The reverse of the envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated tender box stationed in the procurement department of Federal Polytechnic Oko Anambra State (Campus One) not later than 12:00 noon, Tuesday, 25th July, 2023. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at the Mass communication conference Hall Federal Polytechnic Oko, at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, 25th July, 2023. Please ensure that you sign the Bid collection and Submission Register in the Procurement department Federal Polytechnic Oko as the Polytechnic will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
