Prequalifications are invited for Construction of 8 No Solar Water Collection Point at Sule Tankarkari Constituency Companies interested in the projects are to submit company profile which must contain the following: 1. Certificate of Incorporation with Cooperate Affairs Commission 2. Tax clearance for the last three years; 3. Evidence of Registration with Jigawa State Works Registration Board in relevant category, 4. Company audited account for the last one (1) year; 5. Power of attorney 6. Verifiable evidence of company profile and technical qualification 7. Key technical personnel registered with relevant professional bodies body, COREN, CORBON, ARCON, QSRBN ect 8. That the company have fulfilled all obligations to pay taxes, pensions and social security contributions 9. Evidence of similar projects executed (letter of award and completion certificate) at least (3) within the last five (5) years. 10. Description and list of relevant construction/civil works equipment’s 11. VAT Registration certificate and evidence of past remittance; 12. A sworn affidavit certifying as follows: a. That the document submitted are genuine and correct. b. That none of the directors/partner of the company has been convicted by any court of law. c. That the firm/company is not bankrupt. d. That none of the officers of Jigawa State/Local government is a present or former director of the company. All contractors would be required to pay a non- refundable tender fee of N500, Interested bidders are to visit Jigawa State e-procurement portal (https://jigawa-eproc.eurodyn.com/epps/home.do to access and fill the bid documents after payment of non-refundable tender fee of twenty thousand naira only (N20,000:00) at Ruwasa water supply and sanitation agency (RUWASA) Head office at Shuwarin, Dutse from the date of publication of the advert and between 9:00am to 4:00pm Mondays to Friday, except on public holidays. Company profile with the covering letter on company’s letter head should be scan and uploaded to the e-procurement portal and submitted online on or before 12:00 noon Friday 21st April, 2023. A scanned copy of bid security of not less than 2% of the bid price either in form of insurance bond or bank guarantee addressed to the Ag. Managing Director, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA), Shuwarin, Dutse, Jigawa State should also be uploaded into the portal. Similarly, the original of company’s profile, signed forwarding letter with attached bill, bid security and a copy of the sworn affidavit in hard copy should be send to The Managing Director, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA), Shuwarin, Dutse, Jigawa State. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days (4 month) after Bid opening. However, bidders should note the following information: a) Bids submitted after the deadline for submission will be denied access to the portal b) Only financial bids of successful prequalified bidders will be opened; c) This advert shall not be construed as commitment on the part of the Jigawa State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency nor shall it entail a company to make any claim(s) whatsoever from the Jigawa State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency, by virtue of such company having responded to this advertisement; d) All cost will be borne by the bidders as the Jigawa State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency will not be held responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by any interested party i.e in connection with any response to this invitation e) The Jigawa State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency reserves the right to annul the procurement process or reject a bidder at any time without incurring any liabilities f) Alternative bid will not be accepted g) Bidders with the same subsidiary relationship are not allowed to partake in the same lot.
