Interested and competent bidders are requested to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Secretary, Tenders Board (Assistant Director, Procurement, University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital, Maiduguri on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10, 000.00 per Lot paid into the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital’s TSA Remita account in any reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria. The teller for this payment should be converted to the Hospital’s receipt at the Finance & Accounts Department of the hospital,, Photocopy of the receipt should be attached to the Standard Bidding Document (SBD).
5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with soft copy of financial bid only in MS Excel Format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Chief Medical Director, University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital, Maiduguri, Nigeria and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the lot number) e.g. Lot 1 Purchase of Medical Equipment ………….. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the company and drop in the designated tender box not later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 3rd May, 2023.
6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS
Only technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon Wednesday, 3rd May, 2023, in the Board Room of the Administrative Block of the Hospital. published on 06 Apr 2023.
