SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS(GOODS & WORKS) Completed technical and financial bids in separate envelopes (two set of hard copies) shall be submitted including a soft copy of the financial bid only in MS Excel format. The Two Envelopes should be enclosed in a large sealed third envelope labeled “Technical & Financial Bids” with the project name at the top right hand corner with company name behind and addressed to: THE DIRECTOR/CEO INTER-COUNTRY CENTRE FOR ORAL HEALTH FOR AFRICA 3, CBN ROAD, JOS, PLATEAU STATE. The documents should be deposited in the tender boxes in procurement office, INTER-COUNTRY CENTRE FOR ORAL HEALTH FOR AFRICA not later than 12:00 noon on Monday 24th July, 2023. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday 24th July, 2023, at THE AUDITORIUM, INTER-COUNTRY CENTRE FOR ORAL HEALTH FOR AFRICA. Any bids received after the deadlines shall be returned un-opened. Bidder/company representatives and interested members of the public including relevant professional bodies, civil society and Non-Governmental Organization are hereby invited to witness the opening of the technical bids..
