Interested companies are to collect Standard Bidding Document from the Offices of the Principals, Federal Sciences and Technical Colleges, Dayi, Kastina States, within the Working hours upon the presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of N10, 000, 00 per lot paid into the Federal Science and Technical College Dayi, Katsina State’s REMITA account in any reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria.
5. SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Interested and competent bidders are requested to submit two (2) hard copies each of completed technical and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Principal Administrative Block, FSTC Dayi, Katsina state and clearly marked with the name of the project and lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated tender box at the office of the Principal, Administrative Block, Federal Science and Technical College, Dayi, Katsina State not later than 12:00 noon Monday, 7th August 2023.
6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS
Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon Monday, 7th August 2023 at the College Staff room, FSTC Dayi, Katsina State. Bidders and members of public are not to attend the bid opening due to security challenge and not attract too much attention to the college.
