NOTE a. Tender/Expression of Interest/Pre-qualification submission must be in English only and clear about the area(s) of interest and competence of each categorization. b. Interested applicants must note that the Badagry West LCDA reserves the right to verify claims made in the pre-qualification document submitted at any level. c. The pre-qualification exercise shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of Badagry West LCDA to award any contract. d. The cost of this exercise will be the sole responsibility of the interested party(ies) to this invitation. e. Interested eligible applicants will obtain further information at the procurement office of Badagry West LCDA. f. Payment of a non-refundable fee of N20,000.00 FOR BIDDING DOCUMENTS The tender/pre-qualification/Expression of interest must be submitted in the following order; a. Covering letter duly signed by the company’s authorized signatory indicating the specific area of interest under the three headings with company profile. b. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) c. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2020, 2021, 2022) d. Company Audited accounts for the last years(2020, 2021, 2022) e. Evidence of financial/technical capability from a reputable bank. f. Evidence of similar nature of the project(s) completed with verifiable letter of contract award within the last two years g. Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency and Badagry West Local Council Development Area.. The last date to submit your bid for this tender was 29 Jul 2023.
