Submission of Tender Documents Pre-Qualification/Expression of Interest (Eoi) Interested Firms should Submit Two (2) Bound Pre-Qualification/Eoi Documents Duly Signed, Paginated Separated by Dividers, and Arranged in the Order Outlined Hereunder: All Documents for Submission must be Transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding Letter under the Company/Firm’S Letter Head Paper Bearing Amongst Others, the Registration Number (Rc) as Issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (Cac), Contact Address, Telephone Number (Preferably Gsm No and E-Mail Address. The Letterhead Paper must Bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the Bottom of the Page, Duly Signed by the Authorized Officer of the Firm. Thereafter, Put the Two Sealed Envelopes Together in a Bigger Sealed Envelope Addressed to the Managing Director, National Inland Waterways Authority, Headquarters, Adankolo New Layout, Lokoja Kogi State and Clearly Marked with the Title of the Project and Lot Number. Furthermore, the Reverse of each Sealed Envelope should Bear the Name and Address of the Bidder and B Dropped in the Designated “Tender Box” in Room D,, Block D of the Procurement Department at Niw Headquarters, Lokoja, Kogi State not Later than 12:00noon on Monday 3rd April,2023 6.
