TASKS TO BE CARRIED OUT BY THE TECHNICAL AUDITOR (TA) – HYDRO & THERMALS POWER PLANTS
a. Performance of a desk-top/site and due diligence review of the hydros and thermal plants performance Review;
b. Carry out technical audits to assess current condition of each Plants, based on analysis of background information and findings of an initial visit to each Plant;
c. Assessment of condition of equipment of each Plant and Identification of additional requirements for operation and maintenance procedures;
d. Description of urgent actions to improve condition of equipment directly affecting the safety and/or reliability of operation of each Plant;
e. Identification and preliminary description of rehabilitation and upgrade works to improve reliability and efficiency in operation of each Plant;
f. Definition of the proposed approach to assess compliance by Concessionaires with performance criteria in concession contracts and recommendations to improve performance;
g. Identification of any potential safety hazards, inefficiencies, or compliance issues and provide recommendations for remediation and audit of the facilities to ensure that the power plant is operating efficiently and effectively;
h. Validation of Capacity and Physical site, review and audit of site control and measuring instrumentation including calibration history to determine sufficiency;
