The FEDERAL CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY in Nigeria from African region had released this tender for Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for the Comprehensive Appraisal of Mass Housing Scheme Lokogoma District, Fct i. Site visit to the individual developer’s Site to ascertain boundaries, level of development and check available drawings, and approval status: ii. Confirm the Technical status of building and infrastructure through the conduct of integrity test: iii. Conduct technical audit of provided engineering infrastructure in relation to FCT standard vis-vis – roads, stakeholder services and building; iv. Review land use plans, layout drawings and design alongside Master Plan Provision from Technical Departments in comparison with the developer’s drawings: v. Prepare Report of observations, defects and possible remedies; vi. Prepare Tender Documents for all the Estate requiring upgrade of Engineering Infrastructure works(where necessary in the FCT). vii. Prepare inventory of houses in each Housing Estate including house type viii. Prepare a functional and dynamic Database Management System for monitoring of Mass Housing Developments in the FCT. The scope of work for Consultancy Services Project Number CSC/DEDE/01: i. Study and Review of Existing Preliminary Design for Gas Supply and Distribution for Phase I, FCC Abuja. ii. Design of Gas Supply and distribution networks for phases II to V and Urban fringes iii. Estimate of Gas demand based on various Land Uses. iv. Determination of optimal pipe sizes. Nominal Diameter of mains, and location of supply point of the source of gas-AKK Pipeline. v. Determination of Mass flow rates from the source and estimated load distributions. vi. Determination of Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure drop (MAOP) in networks and Mini Operating Pressure. vii. Development of General Specifications for Mechanical fittings, Pipping. Electrical accessories Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System, Industrial Fire Fighting/Control with the associated Civil Works. viii. Provide relevant training/capacity building of FCDA officers in the Design, installation, Operation and Maintenance of the FCT Gas Infrastructure. ix. Preparation and Submission of Design Reports and Drawings. 4.2 Submission of Eoi/Pre-Qualification Documents Interested Firms/Companies are to Submit Two (2) Bound Copies of Expression of Interest (Eol/Pre- Qualification Documents Separated by Dividers and Arranged as Indicated in Section 3.0 Packaged Separately in a Sealed Envelope and Clearly Marked as “Expression of Interest” / “Pre-Qualification” (One Copy Clearly Marked “Original” and the Other Marked “Duplicate”) Thereafter the Envelopes Containing the Original and Duplicate shall be Placed into an Outer Sealed Envelope and Submit to (Room 0.013), Fcda Procurement Department, (Ground Floor) Wing “a” Fcda Headquarters (opposite Nta), Area 11-Garki, Abuja. Furthermore, the Reverse of each Sealed Envelope should Bear the Name and Address of the Bidder and Submitted at the Designated Address not Later than 12:00noon on Tuesday, 16th may, 2023.
