The project aims at supporting the efforts of the Edo State government on the implementation of MMDP 2.0. among other things, the project will support the development of MMDP 2.0 strategy by taking into consideration priorities and areas for action at the state level and in line with the national framework and polices to manage migration in the state. Furthermore, the project would support in conceptualization of the Edo state migration agency. IOM is seeking to engage a Consulting firm to provide the following: Detailed inception report, including Desk review, data collection tools work plan, and methodology Consultation Meetings, interviews, with key stakeholders Develop draft MMDP 2.0 strategy document MMDP 2.0 Review workshop with IOM and partners Review of the draft MMDP 2.0 strategy based on the review meeting Validation workshop with IOM and partners Organize round-table conference on MMDP 2.0 Submission of Final Report, Action plan and finalized MMDP 2.0 strategy.
