SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit a bidding document for each Lot desired, (2) two hard copies of technical and financial bids, and a soft copy of the financial bid only in MS Excel format, /packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical bid” or “Financial bid”. Thereafter put the two sealed envelopes in a bigger envelope which should also be sealed and addressed to the Director-General. Projects Development Institute (PRODA) Emene Industrial Layout, Enugu. The Lot number and the title of the project should be written at the top-left corner of the envelope and should bear the name, Phone Number and Addressed of the tenderer on the reverse side of the envelope. The completed and sealed tender document should be deposited in the box at the procurement Unit Room 101B, No. 3 Independence Layout (PRODA) Enugu, Enugu State 12:00noon on Tuesday, 30th May, 2023. 8. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BID Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00noon on Tuesday, 30th May, 2023 at the PRODA Auditorium, No 3, Independence Layout PRODA Enugu in the Presence of bidders or their representative; while the Financial bids will be kept un-opened. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the office of the Procurement Unit, Room 101B, No 3, Independence Layout PRODA Enugu, Enugu State, as the Project Development Institute (PRODA) will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
