Ancillary building – Gate & Generator House v. Other External works B. SELECTION AND EVALUATION CRITERIA The selection criteria are divided into: i. Prequalification/Technical To be eligible for consideration, interested firms/companies must submit bid documentation that includes the following; • Evidence of company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission, with copies of certificate of incorporation, and memorandum of Association. • Verifiable proof of company’s technical ability to undertake building construction projects. • Evidence of similar and other projects successfully executed will be an added advantage. • Company profile to include evidence of personnel capability including list of key professionals with their curriculum vitae, evidence of registration of the personnel with relevant professional bodies. • Company’s financial details and audited accounts for the most recent three years • Evidence of VAT registration/Remittance certificate and tax certificate for the past three years; • All relevant information concerning contacts, telephone, fax, valid correspondence and e-mail address of the company.
