Premium assessment vi. Performance management vii. Other critical subjects of interest to the Corporation. 2. The courses will be SCORM compliant and compatible with NDIC current learning Management System (LMS). 3. The courses should have simple intuitive interface for both technical and non-technical staff and create user-friendly learning environment. 4. The content should have video, learning games, illustrative images, interactive graphics and simulation etc. to make learning more engaging. 5. Provision of top quality media content to support each course and ability for compatibility with other learning resources. 6. Customization for the local environment (using NDIC staff as actors to introduce courses). 7. Involvement of NDIC workforce during development and implementation of the application. 8. There shall be meticulous quality assurance of courses to ensure correctness of the course content on the platform. 9.
