Interested firms should submit two (2) bound Pre-Qualification/EOI documents duly signed, paginated separated by dividers, and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary. Tertiary Education Trust Fund Maitama, Abuja and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and b dropped in the designated “Tender Box” at ground floor, room 93 Procurement Unit no later than 12:00pm on Monday, 26th June, 2023 which must not be less than two (2 weeks, counting from the date of the advertisement.
5. OPENING OF EOI AND PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
The EOI documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at exactly 12:00pm on Monday, 26th June, 2023, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid submission register at the procurement unit, Room 93 Ground Floor situated at No. 6 Zambezi crescent, off Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama, Abuja as the Tertiary Education Trust will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
