All terms and conditions in the collected Technical/Financial document MUST be strictly adhered to please copy of receipt for tender fees paid in to Hadejia-Jama’are River Basin Development Authority TSA must be included in the financial bids. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS & WORKS) 1. Completed Technical and Financial bids shall be submitted in two (2) hard copies in two different sealed envelopes and labeled “Technical Bad” and “Financial Bid respectively with the Company name, Project no and Lot No. indicated at the back and front of each envelope. Both envelopes should be enclosed in a third envelope on which the Project category, Lot number and Company name clearly written and addressed to The Managing Director, Hadejia-Jama’are River Basin Development Authority, P.M.B. 3168, Maiduguri Road, Hotoro, Kane. 2. All Technical and Financial bid documents MUST be accompanied with duly signed submission letter by the bidders, and each Page of the financial bid documents MUST be signed. 3. All bidding documents submitted shall be subjected to Due diligence in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 200. 4. The closing date for the submission of bids in respect of all projects is on or before 12:00 noon, Tuesday, 6th June, 2023. Any bid submitted after this date and time will be returned un-opened.
