SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids packaged separately in sealed and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” with the name of the bidder, address and phone number, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope with name of bidder, address and phone number addressed to; The Medical Director, Federal Medical Centre, Umuahia. The bid document should be deposited in the tender box specified of the project at the office of the Head Procurement, Federal Medical Centre, Umuahia not later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 21st June, 2023. Company’s name and address should also be written at the reverse side of the envelope. Prospective bidders should ensure they sign the register provided on submission of the bids. Late submission will be returned un-opened. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 21st June, 2023 at the Multi-purpose Hall, on top of the new E-Medical Library, Federal Medical Centre, Umuahia while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
