The Wbg Invites Statements of Qualification on Which to Base the Selection of Firms for the Receipt of a Solicitation for Providing Construction Works for the Office Building of Ifc in Lagos.
Firms must Meet the following Requirements to be Eligible for the Technical Evaluation:
- must have been in Construction Business at Least 5 Years and must Demonstrate that over the Last 5 Years the Firm has Successfully and Continuously been Engaged as a General Contractor in Providing Similar Service to Those Required in this Rfp (Construction, Renovation and Fit-out of Office Buildings).
- Evidence that the Firm is Registered and is Authorized to Engage in the Construction Business, Civil Works, Construction Services in the Country of Nigeria.
- Evidence of Minimum Average Annual Revenue in Architectural, Civil and Interior Works/Construction of 2.5 Billion Ngn for the Last Three Years (from 2020 to 2022).
- Certification that the Firm has not been Involved in Any Litigation Action in the past 5 Years Which Resulted in Damages being Awarded to the Litigant, Based on Either Failure to Perform or Poor Maintenance. with tender notice no.
