SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for Lot, two (2) hard copies (original and copy each- each of the technical and financial bids with soft copy of financial bid only in MS Excel Format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope while prospective consultants and service providers for category C, are to submit profiles containing the necessary requirements for shortlisting addressed to: The Permanent Secretary Federal Ministry of communications and Digital Economy Federal Secretariat, Phase I, Central Business District, Abuja And clearly marked with (the name of the project and the lot number) Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated tender box at the Room 3473rd floor, federal secretariat, Phase I, central Business District, Abuja between 10:00am to 4:00pm (working days) not later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 3rd May, 2023 for category C (consultancy services) and 12:00 noon On Tuesday, 30th May 2023 for other categories (Goods and works). All bidders must sign the Bid submission register at the point of submission as the Ministry will not held liable for any misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. OPENING OF EOIS/BIDS The EOIs and the technical will be opened immediately after the deadlines for submission at 12:00 noon on Wednesday 3rd May 2023 and 12:00 noon on 30th May, 2023 at permanent secretary’s Conference Room 4th floor, federal secretariat, Phase I, central Business District, Abuja in the presence of bidders or their representatives..
