CONTRACTOR shall be licensed to API thread connections in accordance with API-5CT (EU, NU, BTC, STC, LTC). • Licensed to thread Premium connections (Tenaris, Valourec, Atlas Bradford, JFE). • Licensed to thread Rotary Shouldered connections and Drill String subs in accordance with AP17-1. CONTRACTOR shall provide local base (located in Port Harcourt/Onne) with all facilities and personnel to support the Machine Shop Operations. CONTRACTOR local base shall be capable of storing, maintaining, inspecting, repairing and overhauling CONTRACTOR’S equipment and COMPANY tubular. • CONTRACTOR shall maintain, repair and calibrate all the equipment according to a maintenance program as per CONTRACTOR QA/QC System. Such program shall be available for COMPANY’s verification. • CONTRACTOR shall provide all the quality control and HSE documents related to personnel and to the tools, equipment and materials. • CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for QA/QC of the final product or service according to API and ISO procedures. • CONTRACTOR shall implement additional work requested by COMPANY If such additional work is not part of CONTRACTOR’s price lists or catalogues,CONTRACTOR and COMPANY shall mutually agree the scope and term under which the service is provided.
