OPENING OF BIDS/EOI DOCUMENTS CATEGORY A & B (GOODS & WORKS) Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Tuesday 13th June, 2023 at the Conference room, Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, FCDA Complex, Area 11, Garki-Abuja in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept unopened. Please, ensure that you sign the bid submission register at the address stated in 4:0 above as the Ministry will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids..
