The FEDERAL INLAND REVENUE SERVICE in Nigeria from African region had released this tender for General Procurement Notice are invited for Modernization of FIRS Offices CATEGORY A: Information Communication Technology: i. Supply and Installation of computers, Printers and Scanners ii Provision of Internet access and bandwidth; iii.Provision of Structured Local Area Network (LAN) Cabling and Network devices iv.Enterprise SAN storage and servers v. IP video surveillance; vi.Other related services CATEGORY B: Supply and Installation of office equipment: Photocopiers; Safes (Fireproof); File Registry/Cabinets; Refrigerators; Air – Conditioners Shredding Machines; Water dispensers etc CATEGORY C: Supply and Installation of Office equipment; Only companies that have furniture production factories in Nigeria and can demonstrate capacity to meet large orders of very high quality furniture shall be considered. Eligibility: Under listed companies who wish to do business with the service should have their documents updated pending the publication of the various Specific Procurement Notices (SPN) Pre-requisite requirements a) Evidence of Certificate of company’s Registration/Incorporation with the relevant authority Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms CAC 2 and CAC7; b) Evidence of current Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December 2023 c) Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2023 ; d) Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2023; e) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2023; f) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2023 or valid Certificate issued by BPP; Others requirement i. Company profile with a list of key technical personnel of the company, the curriculum vitae of key staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their academic qualifications such as COREN, ARCON (civil, Electrical, Mechanical) , QSRBN, CORBON etc in case of tax/financial audit services: CITN, ICAN, ANAN, ACCA and FRCN, IFRS where applicable; ii. List of plants/equipment with proof of ownership (where applicable) iii. Evidence of financial capacity to execute the project including Reference letter from a reputable commercial bank indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed; iv. Company’s audited accounts for the last three (3) years – 2020, 2021 and 2022; v. A sworn affidavit of disclosure; disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Federal Inland Revenue Service or Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars; vi. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including letters of awards, valuation certificates, job completion certificates and photographs of the projects; vii. For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificates, Pension Clearance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Clearance Certificate, IRR & Sworn affidavit are compulsory for each JV Partner); viii. Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Certification/Accreditation) ix. Evidence of ISO certification as installer (where applicable) x. All documents for submission must be submitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company’s letter head paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the CAC, Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No) fax and email address. The letter head paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm.
