Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance certificate v. Evidence of current Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance certificate. vi. Evidence of registration with Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) National Database of contractors, consultants and other service providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) Other Requirements i. Detailed company profile with the curriculum vitae of key managerial and technical personnel with evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies. ii. Verifiable and documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including letters of awards, valuation certificates, job completion certificates and photographs of the projects iii. Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three years (2020-2022); iv. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of a letter from a reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria; v. Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Gombe State University or Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars; vi. A letter of authority empowering the University to verify any claims contained in the submitted document. Tender documents are to be collected from the physical planning and development directorate upon presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of N10, 000.00 only, at the Bursary Department of the Institution from Wednesday April 5, 2023 to Wednesday May 17, 2023 between the hours of the 10:00am to 4:00pm daily. Only qualified contractors that are eligible at the time of this publication (going by the eligibility criteria listed above) will have their financial bids opened..
