Tender documents are to be collected from the physical planning and development directorate upon presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of N10, 000.00 only, at the Bursary Department in between the hours of the 10:00am to 4:00pm daily.
5. SUBMISSION OF TENDERS DOCUMENTS
Two (2) copies each of the tender documents “Technical” and “Financial” are to be package in separate and sealed envelopes should be put in an A3 sized envelope and marked “TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL BID” respectively.
Both sealed envelopes should be put in an A3 sized envelope and marked “TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL BIDS” with Lot No, which should be then addressed to:
The Vice-Chancellor,
Gombe State University,
PMB 127, Gombe, Gombe State
The bidders name and address should be well printed at the reverse side of the envelope. All completed document should be submitted to the Registrar’s Office, Gombe State University, Gombe not later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 15th May, 2023.
6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS
Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday. 15th May, 2023, in the senate chambers located within the administrative building of the University, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
Civil Society Groups, Non-Governmental Organizations, Professional Bodies, Bidders or their representatives and interested members of the Public are hereby invited to witness the bids opening exercise. published on 19 Apr 2023.
