Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC); ii. Evidence of Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years(2019, 2020, 2021); iii. List of certified Board Members showing their designation on the Board iv. The forwarding letter submitting the bid documents should be signed by the Chairman of the Board or his alternate. v. Verifiable evidence of similar jobs previously undertaken, including letters of awards and Completion Certificates within the past three (3) years; also, indicate the financial value of these similar jobs. vi. Certified copies of company bank statements in the last 6 months. vii. Description and list of relevant equipment owned by the company; include proof of ownership or lease or license over the equipment. viii. A work plan indicating how the work will be carried out from start to finish and the number of days required to complete the work. This advertisement for “Invitation to Tender” shall not be considered as a commitment on the part of HUFFPED/WaterAid nor shall it entitle any company to make any claim whatsoever, and/or seek any indemnity from HUFFPED/WaterAid Nigeria, by virtue of such company having responded to this advertisement. All expenses incurred in preparing “Invitation to Tender” response and all expenses otherwise associated with “Invitation to Tender” responses shall be borne solely by the prospective company..
