The FCT RURAL WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION AGENCY (RUWASSA) in Nigeria from African region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Invitation to Tender for Procurement of Hygiene Behaviour Change Assets Scope: • Support FCT RUWASSA and WASH units from 6 area councils to reviews HBC tools. • Support FCT RUWASSA and WASH units to pretest the HBC tools in selected communities of Bwari Area Council • Support FCT RUWASSA to train partners on the implementation on the HBC process • Support FCT RUWASSA to produce final copies of HBC tools • Support HUFFPED to produce HBC tools for Lagos State partners Companies interested in participating in the tendering process are to submit their company profiles which must contain the following: i. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC); ii. Evidence of Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years(2019, 2020, 2021); iii. List of certified Board Members showing their designation on the Board iv. The forwarding letter submitting the bid documents should be signed by the Chairman of the Board or his alternate. v. Verifiable evidence of similar jobs previously undertaken, including letters of awards and Completion Certificates within the past three (3) years; also, indicate the financial value of these similar jobs. vi. Certified copies of company bank statements in the last 6 months. vii. Description and list of relevant equipment owned by the company; include proof of ownership or lease or license over the equipment. viii. A work plan indicating how the work will be carried out from start to finish and the number of days required to complete the work.
