The method of payment will be through Bank Draft or Bank transfer into the Project Account (Fidelity Bank Nigeria Plc., Account Name: Yobe State Acresal, Account Number: 5030127072 (NGN) upon the submission of a written application and evidence of payment to the address below. The document will be picked at the address below or sent by email or Courier upon request. Bids must be delivered to Yobe State Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-arid Landscapes (ACRESAL) Project, State Project Coordinating Unit (SPCU) Plot No.31 and 32 Muhammadu Buhari Way, Adjacent to Essence International School, GRA, Damaturu, Yobe State, Nigeria, on or before 12:00 noon on 9th August, 2023. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened at 12:00 noon on 9th August, 2023 in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person, at the Conference Hall, Yobe State Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-arid Landscapes (ACRESAL) Project, Damaturu, Yobe State, All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Four Million Naira (N4,000,000:00).
