Opening the Technical Bids and Expression of Interest 5.1 All Lots except Lot (A1, B1, C1, D1, E1, F1, G1, H1, I1, J1, K1,) only technical bids would be opened immediately after the deadline for submission for 12:00 noon on Thursday 8th, June, 2023 at the NASENI headquarters and its various institutes in the Prescence of bidders or their representatives. Only the successful bidders at technical evaluation would be invited at a later date for financial bids opening, while financial bids of un successful bidders would be returned un opened.
