For the execution of the service the CONTRACTOR shall: • Provide personnel and equipment/materials necessary to plan and co-ordinate, supervise and perform the services • Provide assistance and technical support to OFFICE and WELL SITE Personnel • Provide technical interface to company • Supply timely the requested quantity and quality of goods to perform the work; • Provide all the quality control documents related with supplied goods; • Carry out, co-ordinate and move contractor’s goods to and from the delivery/Embarkation point. • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of goods required to successfully carry out the entire operations; • Provide spare part equipment on a consignment basis; • Prepare and submit the necessary detailed technical studies/reports and other the entire operations; • Provide rock mechanics program to match the predicted formation compressive strength (if data are available) to the proposed bits. • Demonstrate previous experiences in similar harsh condition operations. Failure to meet any of these requirements shall lead to outright disqualification. CONTRACTOR shall conform to ISO 9000 series International Standard.
