The scope of works for Consultancy Services Project Number CSC/DEDE/02 (Lots 1-13)
i. Supervision of the Site clearance and Earthworks, Pipe laying D1200DI1500, Construction of chambers, Supply and installation of fittings, Valves and other appurtenances. (Applicable to CSC/DEDE/02-Lot 1)
ii. Supervision of the Site Clearance and earthworks, Roadwork, Storm water drainage system and underground Foul Sewer network. Bridges and Culverts, Retaining walls, Construction of 33/11KV Injection Sub-Station, Construction of 11/0.415KV Distribution Sub-Station, Underground HT, LT and Street Lighting Network. Water Supply and Telecommunication Ducts.(Applicable to CSC/DEDE/02-Lot 2).
iii. Same as in S/NO ii above, except Construction of 33/11KV Injection Sub-Station (Applicable to CSC/DEDE/02-Lots 3-13)
4.2 Submission of Eoi/Pre-Qualification Documents
Interested Firms/Companies are to Submit Two (2) Bound Copies of Expression of Interest (Eol/Pre- Qualification Documents Separated by Dividers and Arranged as Indicated in Section 3.0 Packaged Separately in a Sealed Envelope and Clearly Marked as “Expression of Interest” / “Pre-Qualification” (One Copy Clearly Marked “Original” and the Other Marked “Duplicate”) Thereafter the Envelopes Containing the Original and Duplicate shall be Placed into an Outer Sealed Envelope and Submit to (Room 0.013), Fcda Procurement Department, (Ground Floor) Wing “a” Fcda Headquarters (opposite Nta), Area 11-Garki, Abuja. Furthermore, the Reverse of each Sealed Envelope should Bear the Name and Address of the Bidder and Submitted at the Designated Address not Later than 12:00noon on Tuesday, 16th may, 2023. Every Bidder shall Ensure a Tender Submission Register is Signed. with tender notice no. CSC/DEDE/02 Lot 13 published on 05 May 2023. The tender expired on 16 May 2023.
