Interested bidder shall provide evidence of experience in two (2) similar contracts executed in the last five (5) years, audited financial statement for the last five (5) years demonstrating the financial capability of the bidder in terms of profitability and adequate working capital. • Having a minimum of two (2) similar contracts of values: Lot 1 NGN 75.5 Million, Lot 2 – NGN 95. O Million and LOT 3 – NGN 85.0 Million and Lot 3- NGN 85.0 million that have been satisfactorily or substantially completed as prime contractor between January 1, 2018 and the submission deadline. • Minimum Average Annual Turnover in the last five (5) years of at least: LOT 1 NGN 100.00 Million, Lot 2: NGN150.00 Million and LOT 3 NGN 120.00 Million; and/or evidence of access to or availability of un-encumbered credit facility/liquid assets of not less than: LOT 1 25.5million, Lot 3: NGN 30.0 Million and LOT 3: NGN 27.00 million.
