The SHELL NIGERIA EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION COMPANY LIMITED in Nigeria from African region had released this tender for Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Wellheads Equipment & Associated Services The key elements of the scope of the proposed tender include the provision of the following: • Low pressure subsea wellhead systems • High pressure subsea wellhead systems • Subsea casing Hanger systems • Subsea wellhead systems Handling, Testing, and Installation tools • Subsea wellhead systems Deployment, Maintenance & Support Personnel • Subsea Casing Hanger systems handling, Testing and Installations tools • Subsea Casing Hanger Systems Deployment, Maintenance & Support Personnel Tenderer facilities & infrastructure (technical office and administrative space, storage, welding repair and maintenance workshops, testing, laboratory etc) shall be functional in Nigeria for: • Pre load out preparation (handling & Loading; painting & stenciling (i.e stripes, ID markings); full length drifting, connection testing; lifting accessory fabrication (i.e pad eye, slings) • Repair of damaged subsea wellhead connectors threads • Welding and refabricating of wellhead connectors • Cut and weld of all sizes of large bore subsea wellhead connectors • Transportation and handling of subsea wellhead equipment and associated services between Vendors paints and SNEPCO work sites (or quayside) and storage locations. Note: • All cost incurred in registering and prequalifying for this and other product/service categories shall be borne solely by suppliers. • Suppliers that are prequalified for this product/service category in NJQS must ensure that the name and contractor details (physical address, email address and telephone number) of their company and authorized/responsible personnel is up to date in their company profile in the NJQS database. • SNEPCO shall communicate only with authorized/responsible personnel of prequalified companies and not through unauthorized individuals or agent. • All respondents to SNEPCO must ensure full compliance with the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act, 2010 (NOGICD). All respondents should educated themselves on the requirements of the NOGICD and ensure full compliance.
