Competitive Bidding Strategy and Framework: The Expected Core Team of 5 Experts will have to Include the following Expertise: - a Project Manager with an Extensive Global Experience in Renewable Energy Development and Energy Sector Planning in Complex and Weak Grids as Well as a Wide Experience in Sub-Saharan Africa (Prior Experience in Nigeria Preferred but not Required); With a Minimum Total Experience of 15 Years.- a Senior Technical Expert on Solar Deployment with Experience in Sub-Saharan Africa with a Minimum Total Experience of 10 Years.- a Senior Legal Expert on Energy Contracts in Sub-Saharan Africa; And in Particular in Nigeria (Compulsory Experience in Country) on Ppa; Energy Regulations Etc. With a Minimum Total Experience of 10 Years.- a Senior Financial Expert with Extensive Experience in Solar Development and Financing with a Minimum Total Experience of 10 Years.- a Senior Procurement Expert with Extensive Experience in Solar Development and Financing with a Minimum Total Experience of 10 years.the Consultant’S Team will Need to Demonstrate Extensive Knowledge of Nigeria (and Sub-Sahara Africa); With Regards to Energy Regulation; Contracts; And Energy Market Set-Up; Including International and Local Experts. The Consultant is Expected to be a Consortium of a Legal Firm with Extensive Experience in Solar Competitive Tender and Experience in Nigeria and the Region; And a Strategic Firm that have Extensive Experience in Solar Deployment Strategy and Procurement. The Expected Duration of this Assignment is 6 Months. The Wbg Reserves the Right to Publicly Disclose Contract Award Information, including but not Limited to, Name of Company Receiving the Award, Brief Description of Services, and Contract Award Amount, for Any Contract Award Valued over Us$250,000.
