INVITATION OF TENDER Prospective bidders are to submit a bid for each of the Lots desired, two (2) hard copies of each of the Technical and Financial bids with a soft copy of the Financial bid only in MS Excel format packaged separately in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid” Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to The Managing Director National Inland Waterways Authority, Headquarters, Adankolo New Layout, Lokoja, Kogi State and clearly marked with the title of the project and Lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated “Tender Box” in Procurement Department, Room D., at NIWA Headquarter Lokoja, Kogi State not later than 12:00noon Monday, 17th April 2023. Only the Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline of submission at 12:00 noon on Monday 17th April, 2023 at the Conference Hall of NIWA Headquarters, Lokoja in the presence of observers, bidders or their representatives and the public, while the financial bids will be kept unopened. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the Procurement Department of the Authority, as the Authority shall not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
