Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and a memorandum of association clearly indicating the relevant business area. 2. Bank Introductory Letter 3. Tax clearance certificate for the last fiscal year’s clearly indicating the minimum average turnover per year (as applicable) 4. Copies of FIRS printouts of Tax Identification Number (TIN) 5. An official letter expressing interest. SUBMISSION Interested companies should submit their letter of expression of interest and company profile/relevant documents to: quotations@winnigeria.org with the subject “Expression of Interest for Rehabilitation/Construction of PHC and WGSS”. All documents should be scanned into one file.
