PLUMBING AND REPAIRS • General plumbing work, provision of toilet for both sexes, procurement and installation of tap head, piping system and 5,000 litres overhead water tank to serve the Molecular Laboratory. • Repairs of toilets and fixing of toilet for use by staff both sexes attached to the molecular lab inclusive of flooring, tiling, suspend ceiling and aluminum roofing, excavation, WC, washing hand basin, piping, burglary proof, installation of doors window and associate carpentry work. b. PAINTING Painting and screeding of the Molecular lab area internal and external as well as all affected area of construction work. c. ELECTRICAL WORK General electrical work for the remodeled molecular fixing of 13 amps and 15 amps socket, general wiring, water heater, change over and connection of power from generator to the remodeled laboratory, installation of thunder arrestor. d. FURNITURE Construction and fixing of connecting doors in between rooms in the remodeled laboratory, cutting and fixing of bid doors, other purpose made doors, cutting and fixings of windows, glass block, supply and fixing of aluminum 900 swing doors.
